Meta Quest+ prices
Subscribing to Meta Quest+ costs $7.99 / £7.99 per month, or you can opt for an upfront payment of $59.99 / £59.99 for a one-year subscription. A one-month free trial is available until January 31, 2024.
If you pre-order the 512GB model of the Meta Quest 3, you will receive a six-month subscription to Meta Quest+. After this free period ends, the regular pricing will apply. To start any subscription, even a free trial, you need to have a payment method linked to your Oculus account.
How do free games work on Meta Quest+?
Each month, Meta Quest+ offers two carefully selected VR games that you can download at no additional cost. As long as you maintain an active subscription, these games are yours to play.
Following the model of PS Plus, once you add a game from Meta Quest+ to your account, you can play it for as long as you have an active subscription.
If your Meta Quest+ subscription expires for any reason, you will lose access to the titles provided by the service. However, you can regain access by restarting your subscription.
It’s worth noting that only base games are included with Meta Quest+; DLC content is not part of the subscription, as specified in the terms and conditions.
How to subscribe to Meta Quest+
You can subscribe to Meta Quest+ directly through your Meta Quest 3, 2, or Pro headset, or via the Oculus mobile or tablet app.
In the app’s menu section, you can find the option to subscribe to Meta Quest+ in the top left corner. To subscribe through the headset, go to the Explore tab, which will redirect you to a store page. Currently, you cannot directly search for the subscription, but this is expected to be updated soon.
