Speaking of new banners, HoYoverse hasn’t announced which characters players can expect to see in version 4.1, but they may have hinted at it. Last month, the official Genshin Impact account on X, formerly known as Twitter, announced two brand new characters. These characters are Neuvillette and Wriothesley. It hasn’t been announced yet when these new characters will appear in Genshin, but the timing of their reveal might indicate that they will appear in the banners for version 4.1.

Not too much is known about these characters yet, but HoYoverse has revealed some tidbits of information. Neuvillette is the Chief Justice of Fontaine and a Hydro character, while Wriothesley is a Cryo-fighter and an influential prison guard in Meropide Fortress. However, we still have to find out if these characters are five- or four-star characters.
