With Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty on to Dog Town

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is released today. The expansion to Cyberpunk 2077 invites you to the new district Dog Town, brings new quests and unlocks the Relic skill tree. Read all about the new features and the release here.

When will Phantom Liberty be released? The expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 was unlocked on the night of September 26:

PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions live since 00:00.
PC version live since 01:00.

How do I access the content of Phantom Liberty? You unlock access to the new area and the new content with the new main quest. This begins when you have completed the quests M’ap Tann Pelen, I walk the Line to Transmissions. You will then receive a call summoning you to the Dog Town gate.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty – This is all in it

New quests, orders and missions: The 13 new main missions take you on a journey through the new Dog Town district. They are triggered by a call from the mysterious Songbird – a netrunner on behalf of the government: the plane of the president of the NUSA has crashed in Dog Down and you are supposed to rescue her.

The Quest series introduces you to several new characters. Among them are Songbird and Solomon Reed, played by Idris Elba. By the way, if you complete the main story in Dog Town, you can look forward to a completely new ending for your character.

In addition to the main quest, 17 new side quests await you: New Fixer missions, the new courier missions and also parachute drops for the first time.

The new district Dog Town: The new urban area is located in the southeast of Night City. Previously closed off Dog Town is now accessible to you for the first time. Here, Colonel Kurt Hansen rules as the leader of a local military dictatorship.

Johnny Silverhand has a lot of sayings for Dog Town. All in all, you can look forward to more of him in Phantom Liberty.

New Relic Skills: Songbird unlocks the new Relic skill tree in the first mission. These are the previously unavailable skills of the bio-chip that main character V has been carrying in his head since the end of the first act of the base game.

At the beginning, you’ll have three Relic Points and three different main abilities to choose from. To get additional Relic Points, you can go to the Militech Vending Machine in Dog Town and unlock them.

The new Relic skill tree unlocks several new perks that you select with Relic Points – which, by the way, you can take back with a mouse wheel click.
